「あれ？この建物、この場所、昔来たことがあるような」
そんな感覚が時々あります。
気のせいなのか、過去に似たような建物を目にしたことがあるのか。
もしや夢の中で訪れたことがあるのかな、といったこともあったり。
私がシャッターを押したくなるのはそういった瞬間で、
言語化も視覚化もしづらい、曖昧模糊なものです。
しかし制作=写真との対話を経て、
ひとつの風景が浮かび上がってくることに日々喜びを感じています。

“Have I been here before?”
Sometimes I find myself with that quiet sense of déjà vu—
a building, a place, suddenly feeling familiar.
Maybe it’s just my imagination.
Maybe I’ve seen something similar somewhere in the past.
Or perhaps it’s a memory from a dream I once visited.
These are the moments that make me want to press the shutter.
They are vague, elusive, difficult to put into words or even into images.
Yet through the act of making—
through a dialogue with photography—
a single landscape slowly begins to surface.
Finding that moment, again and again,
is a quiet joy I feel every day.
